Role Description

This is a full-time local/remote role based out of Cincinnati, Ohio for a Tower Technician at Matrix Telecom Solutions, LLC. The Tower Technician will be responsible for performing installations, upgrades, and maintenance on wireless communication towers. The role also involves troubleshooting and repairing equipment, conducting inspections and audits, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a Tower Technician or in a similar field
  • Knowledge of wireless communication systems and equipment
  • Understanding of tower climbing and safety procedures
  • Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and blueprints
  • Proficient in using hand and power tools
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various work sites
  • Good physical fitness and ability to work at heights
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
