They are looking for an HR Analyst to join their team in their new production facility in Danville, Virginia.


Your new role

As an HR Analyst, you will serve as a strategic partner within the organization, with a specific focus on supporting the production facility. Your role will involve harnessing data to guide decisions about staffing and production costs, thereby optimizing resource allocation and boosting efficiency. You will be integral to the budgeting process, forecasting expenses related to changes in headcount, compensation adjustments, bonuses, and benefits. Additionally, you work closely with payroll processes, looking at costs and analysis. This will, in turn, provide valuable data for further analysis, enabling the organization to make informed HR decisions.


What you will need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, HR, or Business.
  • 5+ years experience in preparing HR reports and staff data related to salary costs, time management, absences, and statistics.
  • Experience with HRIS/ payroll systems (hourly and salary employees- with complex/diverse schedules), preferably SAP.
  • Collaborative with knowledge of HR regulatory requirements.
  • Experience working for a start-up or small organization (preferably within Manufacturing, Plant, or similar environment)
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient with Excel and reporting software
