High-Visibility Financial Analyst Role with Fast-Track Advancement


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Financial Reporting: Manage internal reporting, including variance analysis and peer comparisons, to guide business strategy.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Refine and communicate forecasts for capital expenditures and operating results, collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Annual Budgeting: Analyze trends and business operations to prepare comprehensive budgets.
  • Ad Hoc Analyses: Conduct financial analyses for contract evaluation, capital projects, and shareholder reports.
  • Financial Modeling: Maintain models to ensure gross margin accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Support Month-End Close: Assist in monthly closing activities and regulatory reporting.


Qualifications:


  • Experience: 5+ years in public or industry accounting with strong USGAAP knowledge.
  • Business Acumen: Strong decision-making and communication skills.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; ERP system experience preferred. MS Dynamics a plus
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
