About the Role:
Our client is seeking a talented Revenue Cycle System Analyst II to join their team. This role involves providing comprehensive system-level support for revenue cycle applications, with a strong focus on Epic Resolute PB or HB. As a key contributor, you will leverage your expertise to implement, maintain, and optimize critical systems that directly impact business operations and patient care. The ideal candidate has a mix of technical acumen, project management experience, and a collaborative mindset to lead and support complex initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with technical teams, end users, and vendor partners to ensure smooth operations of revenue cycle systems.
Lead the planning, design, development, and troubleshooting of applications, ensuring functionality aligns with business goals.
Configure and maintain Epic Resolute modules, including professional billing (PB), hospital billing (HB), claims, and charge routing.
Serve as a subject matter expert, offering advanced technical support (Level 2) for revenue cycle processes and workflows.
Conduct system upgrades, workflow analysis, and testing to ensure optimal system performance and user satisfaction.
Translate user requirements into actionable solutions, ensuring compliance with ITIL and healthcare industry standards.
Create and maintain training materials and provide training sessions for end-users as needed.
Analyze data and generate reports to support operational decision-making and improve system performance.
Develop and maintain productive relationships with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration.
Stay updated on healthcare regulations and technology trends, ensuring systems remain compliant and effective.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Associate degree in a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
Certifications: Epic Resolute PB or HB Certification required.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of IT application or operational experience.
Hands-on experience with professional billing, claims, and charging systems.
Operational knowledge of revenue cycle processes, including claims, coding, and Community Connect projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
Certifications:
Epic certifications in PB Resolute with SBO, Claims and Remittance, and Charge Router.
CPC coding or go-live implementation expertise.
Experience:
Proven success in leading projects involving revenue cycle systems.
Knowledge of capital and operational budget planning for IT software and hardware.
Skills and Attributes:
Strong technical judgment and troubleshooting abilities.
Proficient in analyzing workflows and translating them into system configurations.
Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
Collaborative team player with the ability to lead small projects independently.
