This position is based in Miami, Florida and supports our four brands across digital, e-commerce, packaging, and retail design projects.You’ll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to develop creative assets that elevate our brand presence across e-commerce platforms, retailers, and trade events while maintaining the premium, credible, and expert image that defines Versele-Laga.What You’ll DoDigital & E-commerceCreate digital assets for online retailers (PDPs, A+, Brand Stores)Adapt and optimize content for websites, social, email, and adsPackaging DesignDesign and refresh product packaging across multiple brands in collaboration with marketing and sales managementWork with suppliers and printers to finalize production filesRetail & Trade MarketingDevelop creative assets for retailers and POS materials (displays, signage, etc.)Create visuals and layouts for tradeshows and eventsPrint & CatalogsDesign and update product catalogs, brochures, sell sheets, and other collateralBrand DevelopmentMaintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure visual consistencyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative with strategyContent CreationEdit and adapt video content for campaigns and eventsManage product and lifestyle photography, coordinating shoots and post-productionWhat You’ll Bring3+ years of design experience (agency or in-house; CPG or pet industry a plus)Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fieldProven track record of success in graphic design rolesProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)Experience in packaging and print production (dielines, color separations, etc.)Basic video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent)Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesCollaborative attitude and strong communication skillsPassion for design that makes an impactWhy Join UsCreative autonomy and the opportunity to shape visual identities across 4 brandsA dynamic, fast-growing environment with international collaborationWork that contributes to animal wellbeing and consumer trustCompetitive salary and benefits
