Our Central Carolinas Division is expanding rapidly, and we're seeking a dedicated Construction Manager to join our team in Charlotte, NC.


Summary:

As a Construction Manager at JCS, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, safety, and efficiency of our projects. You'll be responsible for overseeing subcontractors, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and coordinating all aspects of project logistics. Effective communication and collaboration with team members, customers, subcontractors, and suppliers will be vital for your success in this role.


Key Responsibilities:

1.    Supervision: Lead and supervise subcontractors to ensure project accuracy, performance, and customer satisfaction.

2.    Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to production processes, product guidelines, and OSHA safety standards.

3.    Logistics: Coordinate all project logistics, including material procurement, equipment allocation, and personnel management.

4.    Travel: Travel daily to job sites within you assigned territory in a company provided Ford F-150.


Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Construction Experience: Previous experience in the construction industry is essential.
  • Physical Fitness: Capable of climbing ladders and lifting items weighing over 50 lbs.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with effective problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Basic computer and mobile app knowledge.
