This position reports to and assists the General Counsel of the Seminole Tribe of Florida with the provision of legal services to the Seminole Tribe of Florida, including the Tribal Council, various departments, Tribal commissions and committees, and Seminole Tribe of Florida Tribal Members.

The work is largely transactional to aid both the government and gaming functions of the Seminole Tribe of Florida, with a primary focus on Tribal government and federal Indian law. Juris Doctorate from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association, supplemented by a minimum of three (3) years of professional legal experience, is required. Must be a member of the Florida Bar Association, and currently eligible to practice. Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License is required.

Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and written and verbal communication skills in the presentation of information to a wide variety of audiences. Demonstrate proficiency utilizing various technological devices and software packages, including the Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is a requirement of this position.
