Construction Foreman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman to join our team. The Foreman will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects and ensuring that all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.


Pay Rate: $40-45

Per diem: $140

Location: Beaumont, TX & Houston, TX

Years of Experience: around 5-10 Years


Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site.
  • Manage and direct a team of workers, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Schedule and coordinate deliveries of materials and equipment.
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet project deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or defects.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Foreman or similar role in construction or related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with construction management software is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Additional certification or training in construction management or a related field is preferred.
