Role: Inspector - Receiving

Location: Archbald, PA (Onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months (Temp to Hire)

Pay Range: $19 to $22/ per hours on W2


Job Description:


This Assembly Inspector position will sit on site at the Archbald, PA facility and work on the Manufacturing floor.


  • Performs manual and clerical duties involved in receiving materials, supplies, and equipment.
  • Normally utilises computers to enter transactions, validate information and maintain database.
  • Within prescribed limits unpacks and examines items received and verifies completeness against bills of lading, invoices, and other records; keeps records of goods received; rejects damaged, excess, or misdirected goods and processes necessary paperwork to notify appropriate purchasing, material, vendor, and other concerned organisational personnel. Routes materials to inspection, stores, or other destinations; and may operate mobile equipment used to move materials.
  • Answers inquiries concerning status of rejected or other goods.


BASIC REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Inspection Manufacturing setting
  • Precious Manufacturing experience
  • High School Diploma (no Bachelor's Degree required)
  • Computer literacy (all work completed on computer for this role)


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Inspection experience with a microscope and printed wire boards
  • Ability to reach blueprints
