Media Library Associate

Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re looking to hire a Media Library Associate for an Entertainment client.


This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. The role is located in Glendale, CA, and is hybrid on site Monday - Thursday.


Qualifications

  • Advanced computer skills
  • Familiarity with various digital asset file types and delivery methods, including video, audio, and text
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Google Sheets
  • Experience in customer service
  • Strong research skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Exceptional written communication skills
  • Effective time-management skills
  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong multi-tasking capabilities, especially under pressure
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with libraries or physical asset management is a plus, but not required
  • Experience with Google Sheets is advantageous
  • Familiarity with library operations and inventory asset management is beneficial
