Must be able to handle all elements of a case.


Docket is diverse, ranging from MVA, Oil and Gas, Maritime, Products defects, etc. This will allow candidates to see a wide range of cases and will allow for learning.


Ideal candidate will also assist with administrative tasks and also function as an office manager.

Responsibilities

  • Legal fact and basic legal research
  • Assist with case management
  • Organize and electronically file pleadings
  • Coordinate and schedule calendars
  • Assist with Office Management
  • Act as Attorney's right hand
  • Must be very knowledgeable in all elements of a case - file to trial.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 3-5+ years' as a Litigation Paralegal
  • Ability to work overtime
