We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join us for a temporary project (a few months) focused on reconciling and cleaning data between our clients internal CRM system and a large external database from a company managing emergency departments and physician contracts.


Responsibilities:

  • Utilize strong Excel skills for data manipulation, including VLOOKUP, data cleaning, and basic data mining techniques.
  • Leverage light SQL knowledge (Select statements, filtering) to potentially assist with data retrieval from internal systems (if needed).
  • Collaborate with the team to match and reconcile data points between the internal CRM and external database.
  • Ensure data consistency and accuracy across both systems.
  • Document the data cleaning process for future reference.


Qualifications:

  • Must-have:
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Basic understanding of SQL (Select statements, filtering) is a plus
  • Preferred (but can be trained):
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry (physician and hospital data)
