Must Haves

-High School degree required or equivalent

-4+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, proficient in performance management, coaching, recognition, and conflict resolution responsibilities.

-Ability to operate motorized material handling equipment such as, but not limited to, forklifts, electric pallet jacks, reach truck, scissor lift

Key responsibilities include supervising a team of operators, monitoring production processes, and implementing continuous improvement strategies to enhance productivity and product quality. The role demands a proactive approach to troubleshooting, with the ability to swiftly identify and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical manufacturing, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of workplace safety. As escalations happen, this role will entail the requirement to operate heavy machinery alongside the operators.
