The Position


The Director of Long-term Brain Injury Programs plays a crucial role in leading a transformative residential program for adults with acquired or traumatic brain injuries. This position is responsible for ensuring exceptional care, managing a talented team, and maintaining strict compliance with health and safety standards. The Director will spearhead program innovation, optimize resources, and foster strong relationships with residents, families, and key stakeholders. Experience/Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
  • At least two years of experience managing residential programs for developmentally disabled adults and/or children.
  • A minimum of one year supervisory and case management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of behavior management and residential services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and staff training.
  • Ability to recruit, supervise, and develop personnel while maintaining a collaborative work environment.
  • Must hold a valid California Driver’s License and maintain a satisfactory driving record.


Compensation


For the selected candidate, a complete and competitive compensation package will be offered (target of $150k+ depending upon experience) plus major insurances, PTO, retirement, and relocation assistance.
