Company Overview:

Pro-CeI Mold is a full-service CNC machine shop specializing in the design and production of molds and tooling for the plastics industry and beyond. More than just a mold shop; Pro-CeI regularly completes projects of varying natures including CNC machining, Automated machinery design and manufacturing, tool and die design and manufacturing, industrial repair and maintenance of production equipment and tooling.

Responsibilities:

·       Program, Setup, and Operate a variety of machines and tools to produce precision parts to specifications

·       Interpret technical drawings to determine machining operations and workflow

·       Inspect machined parts to ensure conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments

·       Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize production processes

·       Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues as they arise

Requirements:

·       5 years of experience as a Machinist in a manufacturing environment preferred

·       Proficiency in programming, setup, and operation CNC machine tools such as lathes, mills, and grinders

·       Experience with Haas Machines, Mastercam, SolidWorks is a plus

·       Strong understanding of machining principles, techniques, and tooling

·       Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

·       Experience with precision measuring instruments, such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges

·       Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

·       Strong communication and teamwork abilities

·       Positive attitude with desire to continually learn and improve
