Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a Business Process Owner for its Raleigh, NC location. This role will report into the North America Sr. Business Process Owner. The Business Process Owner is responsible for working with the Marketing & Sales Order Management function to develop & document business processes, troubleshoot problems, gather business requests and train users on key business processes.

Your Responsibilities

1. Support stabilization efforts within the Order Management teams to help end users learn how to use the Local front-end application as well as SAP S/4 Hana; be the conduit between end user and technical application teams to drive issue resolution.

2. Document & update business process and process maps to reflect the new processes in SAP S/4 Hana. Create auditing method to ensure users are following the processes as documented.

3. Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex problems, and develop and implement measures to prevent reoccurrence along with devising modifications and recommend ways to improve.

4. Lead internal testing and coordinate the testing with business champions. Document / maintain standard work packages.

5. Develop training plans and identify end users who require new training and continuous education.

6. Deliver continuous improvements based on the strategic vision and roadmap of the Country & function and daily operational needs of business end users.

7. Document business enhancements, bring forth to discuss within BPO community.

8. Investigate and prioritize business requirements to define scope and objectives of the projects and prepare schedules, limitations, time, and desired results.

9. Build network of subject matter experts champions and lead a cadence for meeting on a regular basis to access training needs or business enhancements. Participation in HUB virtual team by leading individual projects, as well as provide support to teammates' projects.

Your Background

1. Bachelor's Degree and a minimum 7-10 years of experience.

2. Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field or 7 or more years of electrical industry experience.

3. Proven relationship-building and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communications skills will be required to negotiate resolutions of controversial issues

4. Demonstrated team orientation, motivation, and flexibility

10. Able to travel domestically, 10-30% travel required. Ability to meet frequently for project updates and team meetings (onsite or virtually)

5. Additional Skill Sets -Value Stream Mapping and ERP and lean manufacturing concepts

6. Requires broad knowledge of business operations, business processes, business tools and the flow of data

7. Requires strong analytical skills, initiative, and ingenuity to solve complex problems and implement remedial measures.
