1. Oversee a Team of Program Managers

  • Key Focus: Ensure your team is operating efficiently, effectively, and with alignment to the strategic goals of the GTM function.

2. Shape New and Innovative Processes

  • Key Focus: Streamline processes related to digital activation workflows, making it easier for marketers to execute campaigns and programs.

3. Ensure Transparency of Operations

  • Key Focus: Create a culture of transparency around ongoing projects, progress, and challenges.

4. Work Closely with Senior Stakeholders

  • Key Focus: Maintain strong relationships with senior leadership, Product Marketing Managers, Media Managers, and other teams to address complex issues and ensure the success of campaigns.

5. Break Down Complex Requests into Simple Instructions

  • Key Focus: Simplify complex stakeholder requests and communicate them in actionable terms for your team.

6. Oversee Progress and Escalate When Necessary

  • Key Focus: Ensure that projects are moving forward as planned and that any blockers are identified and addressed in a timely manner.

7. Foster a Strong Project Management Environment

  • Key Focus: Create a strong foundation for project management across your team to ensure smooth execution of marketing programs.

8. Drive Process Improvement and Influence Stakeholders

  • Key Focus: Identify areas for improvement in marketing workflows and advocate for changes with stakeholders.

9. Provide Coordination with Other Departments

  • Key Focus: Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues and drive project success.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of Program Management experience
  • 5+ years of managerial experience
  • Experience in highly collaborative environments with Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) during the campaign ideation stage
  • Experience with Six Stigma
  • Reside in Memphis, TN for hybrid schedule
