Duration: 4 months - (Possibility of extension)


Pay Range:- $20 to $23/per hour on W2


Primary Skills::

  • Experience in inventory management
  • Experience in Excel.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Knowledge of lab operations and safety protocols is a plus

Secondary:

The Lab Notebook Inventory Tech will be responsible for managing and maintaining the inventory of lab notebooks at the CPC.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage logistics with third-party companies.

Job Duties:

1. Determine storage locations for all notebooks at the CPC

2. Manage incoming/outgoing pallets of lab notebooks from 3rd party storage company

3. Organize, collate and document various aspects of each lab notebook in our inventory

4. Note any discrepancies or unusual notebook information and escalate to management for review

5. Compile complete inventory of R&D lab notebooks

Qualifications:

Ability to manage logistics and coordinate with third-party companies.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
