The role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of structural design principles.

We are looking for an individual who is highly skilled in AutoCAD and ideally has some experience with Revit. Experience with residential, commercial, mixed-use, and institutional projects is highly preferred. The candidate will be expected to work on a diverse range of projects, bringing in technical expertise and attention to detail to ensure quality and safety standards are met.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Analysis: Develop structural designs for a variety of projects including residential, commercial, mixed-use buildings, and educational and healthcare facilities.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide expert knowledge in the design and implementation of structural systems, including steel, concrete, masonry, and timber.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with architects, contractors, and other engineers to coordinate and execute designs that meet client needs and regulatory standards.
  • Problem-Solving: Use exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to address engineering challenges, ensuring the safety and stability of all structures.
  • Safety & Quality: Ensure all designs comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and ethical codes of conduct.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software. Knowledge of Revit is a plus.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in structural design, including expertise in structural steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, and timber.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong analytical abilities, and a keen attention to detail.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and ethical conduct in all aspects of work.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD. Familiarity with Revit is a plus.


Desired Experience:

  • Experience working on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, mixed-use buildings, and educational and healthcare facilities.
  • Ability to manage projects and collaborate with clients and project teams.
  • Previous experience with clients in residential, commercial, or institutional sectors preferred.
  • Proven ability to bring in new clients or manage existing client relationships is a plus.
