Responsibilities:

  • Interpret governing documents for our community association clients.
  • Revise documents to be more clear and to cultivate the community's goals.
  • Advise boards and managers on wide-ranging issues including construction contracts, disputes among neighbors, responsibility for costs, and more.
  • Handle client meetings and, when needed, court hearings.
  • Review, revise, and/or draft contracts, loan documents, and more.


Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with construction industry a plus.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Proficiency and comfort with technology.
