PTS is looking for a PLC Controls Engineer with a passion for helping shape the future of automation.


The PLC Controls Engineer will work with customers to design and program PLC and HMI hardware for their specific specifications.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform quotes for the design and programming of PLC and HMI hardware
  • Design, test, and implement automation systems
  • Coordinate with customers to meet their specifications for systems design, controls package and operator interface
  • Perform factor acceptance and site acceptance tests
  • Provide technical insight and advice to customers on PLC's and HMI's
  • Support of On Call Rotation


Job Qualifications:

  • 4 Year Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-8 Years of automation and controls engineering experience
  • PLC and HMI programming experience with Siemens and Allen Bradley
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment
  • Ability to travel: 30%
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
