We are in search of an accomplished Senior Insurance Defense Attorney to enhance our accomplished legal team. Position Overview:

  • Handle complex insurance defense cases, with a focus on bodily injury claims.
  • Leverage your legal expertise to provide top-tier counsel and uphold firm standards.
  • Play a pivotal role in client representation, negotiations, and litigation efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your deep insurance defense knowledge and experience.
  • Manage a diverse caseload efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Advocate for clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
  • Stay current with relevant laws and regulations through legal research.
  • Achieve a minimum of 1900 billable hours per year.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues, paralegals, and support staff.


Qualifications:

  • JD degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active state bar membership.
  • 3+ years of insurance defense experience (ideal: 5+ years).
  • Stable work history.
  • Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional research and writing abilities.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
