What You’ll Do:

  • Lead with Impact: Own the growth and delivery of Federal Health Programs. Oversee P&L, Delivery and business development initiatives across Federal Health, focusing on organic growth in adjacent and existing markets. You’ll spearhead technology consulting projects, client engagement, and relationship management with finesse.
  • Innovate Strategically: Collaborate with the Federal Health Market Leader to develop and execute cutting-edge strategies that position 22nd Century as a leader in health IT growth initiatives.
  • Shape Our Vision: Help define 22nd Century's Federal Health philosophies and operational policies, ensuring we’re not just keeping up but setting the pace for innovation.
  • Win Big & Engage Effectively: Ensure we capture and respond to Federal Requests for Proposals, securing wins against competitors.
  • Strategic Advisor: Provide high-level guidance to 22nd Century leadership and clients, navigating both substantive and political landscapes to identify business opportunities.
  • Stay Ahead: Understand federal health priorities and position 22nd Century products and services effectively, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve.
  • Drive Transformation: Evolve 22nd Century Federal Health from traditional BPO to innovative technology consulting solutions that lead the industry.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Extensive experience in General Management and Program Management of complex Health IT programs, with a knack for implementing major operations on tight timelines. Extensive understanding and experience of Federal health landscape.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree? Even better
  • Hunger for Growth: A relentless drive to make an impact, push boundaries, and pursue opportunities for innovation and success.
  • Trusted Advisor: Quickly establish yourself as a go-to leader within the 22nd Century executive team and among clients, building strong, trust-based relationships.
