Reporting to the Finance Director, responsible for the creation and management of IT systems especially SAP (Public Cloud) for Celltrion USA, Inc. ("Company"). As part the global IT organization, working closely with personnel from both the Company and Headquarter, contributing to the strategic goals and vision for a global network.


KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • IT Representative for the Company in SAP ERP and other systems.
  • SAP Public Cloud ERP, Operation and Management (Change, Trouble Shooting, User support, Process Design).
  • Support interface matter between ERP and other systems.
  • Participate in improvement initiatives of the company's system related processes.
  • Design functional specifications to meet new business requirements.
  • IT Service Delivery as a Single-Contact-Point for IT.


WORK EXPERIENCE

Five (5) or more years of experience in SAP ERP system. Public Cloud experience a plus.


QUALIFICATIONS

Communication skill with SAP Key users to understand business needs and develop solutions to address them.


SAP SD module experience to following functions:

  1. OTC Process Design and Customization
  2. Sales Order/Schedule Agreement with MRP process
  3. Intercompany Sales Process
  4. Handling GTN(Rebate, Discount….) into pricing procedure
  5. Free Goods/Returnable Process/Credit and Debit
  6. Additional module would be plus point (FI or MM)


Interface (Firm-Banking, Concur, 3PL Storage.)

Strong presentation/Documentation skills

Project Management Skill

Trouble Shooting

Ability to successfully work in a global cross functional environment.


EDUCATION

Bachelor’s Degree in related field. Certification in IT, Financial Technical Systems a plus.
