Role: Bilingual BA/PM (Japanese speaking)

Location: Onsite in Hoboken, NJ (2-3 days onsite)

Expected skills and background:

• Project or product management background.
• Strong skill in data analysis and handling (MS Excel is fine), and presentation materials.
• Finance background a big plus
• Japanese writing/reading/speaking skill must

What kind of day-to-day works are expected:

Participate in Project meeting, then following tasks:

• Planning and coordination

Participate in user meetings, then following tasks:

• Exchange expectations
• All project related communications mainly client facing units including TKY office
• Data verification for data migration (Custody Systems, Client onboarding system)
• Data input if needed
• Update user interfacing documents/forms
• UAT of system closer to clients.

Participate in IT meetings, then following tasks:

• Basic discussion throughout SDLC
