💵Salary: Up to $100,000 +BONUS


Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in managing construction projects from start to finish? This is your chance to lead multiple new builds, overseeing contracts, budgets, and schedules while ensuring top-quality execution. Your role will include estimating, managing project finances, collaborating with subcontractors, and maintaining clear communication with clients and teams. Concrete construction experience is a plus


🔑Key Responsibilities:

  • Review contracts and scopes of work.
  • Manage project finances, schedules, and safety.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with superintendents and subcontractors.
  • Ensure timely and accurate proposals and change orders.


❗Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years in construction project management, with a focus on concrete.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Microsoft Project, Timberline, and PlanSwift.
