Mansfield Equities is a highly regarded capital advisory firm based in Los Angeles. We specialize in arranging debt and equity for commercial real estate projects both locally and nationally. Since 2006, Mansfield has financed virtually every commercial asset class ranging in size from $1M- $250M. We are also part of a national network of capital advisory firms which gives us current market intel on capital sources and a national data base of lenders/investors.
The Opportunity
To start your own book of business with a seasoned firm offering agents to earn up to 75% of their generated fees. Because of our experience and platform, we can help you lead gen and source the right capital for any assignment. This can be a full time or part time role for Real Estate Debt Origination, either working at our home office in LA or your office/home of choice.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of commercial real estate financing and capital markets
- 3+ years of experience in debt origination and deal structuring/ acquisitions/ market experience.
- Financial modeling skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with lenders and borrowers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
- Relevant professional certifications such as RE Agency license.
