Physical Therapist

(PRN Day Shift)

Location: Sacred Hart Hospital Lavonia, GA

Job Overview:

We are looking for a PRN Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients based on referrals from licensed physicians. You'll work according to Georgia state laws and the guidelines of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). You'll also supervise Licensed Physical Therapist Assistants and Athletic Trainers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients as per physician referrals.
  • Follow Georgia state laws and APTA guidelines.
  • Supervise and assist other therapy staff.
  • Adhere to hospital policies and support its mission and values.

Requirements:

  • License/Certification: Must have a valid Georgia State Board of Physical Therapy license.
  • Education: Must be a graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate).
