What You'll Be Doing

  • Continuously improve trading systems by incorporating new technologies and architectures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable Java-based applications for trading and position management.
  • Ensure distributed systems are built for scalability, can handle high-volume throughput, and achieve competitive levels of low latency.
  • Building flexible Java services, built on cloud-ready architecture using CI/CD process.
  • Developing and collaborating to build client APIs in Java, C++ and Python.
  • Ensuring APIs work seamlessly with other applications and meet the needs of traders and quants.


What You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering and Java development with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming, concurrency and data structures.
  • Experience of CI/CD process and tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.


Bonus Skills and Experience

  • Familiarity with trading systems, financial markets, or related domains is a plus.
  • Professional experience in modern C++ and Python.
  • Knowledge or experience with working in a bare metal environment.
