The Division Director will oversee profit and loss management, as well as operational and business management for an entire division, encompassing both temporary/contract and direct-hire/executive roles within a specific office location. This role involves leading and developing all employees, including staff and managers, crafting strategic plans, and driving the division's success in the market. The Director will also focus on business development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the staffing or placement industry, proven leadership and management skills, and expertise in business development and recruiting for contract/temporary services or specialized executive search and direct-hire placements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage staff and client relationships effectively.
  • Oversee P&L for the division.
  • Build and lead successful teams while managing the entire division.
  • Guide and manage recruiting teams through the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with staff and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in building teams of recruiting and sales professionals from the ground up.
  • Strong managerial and leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of individual performance and production.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong first impression skills, both over the phone and in person.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to listen.
  • Customer service-oriented with a focus on developing long-term client relationships.
  • Effective time management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, client-driven, highly competitive environment.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to make quick and effective decisions.

  • Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic, tenacity, and a desire to learn.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
