Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda.
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
- Manage discovery and depositions.
- Interview witnesses and clients.
- Compile and organize evidence.
- Assist with trial preparation.
- Calendaring court and other case deadlines.
- Assisting with case management and scheduling.
- Gathering and organizing case-related documents.
- Legal research tools and document review.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a paralegal in complex commercial and/or defense litigation
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
