What You'd Be Doing:

  • You'll lead the charge in surpassing production targets while ensuring safety and quality aren't just met, but exceeded.
  • Be the mastermind behind continuous improvement initiatives, identifying and refining processes, equipment functionality, and overall productivity.
  • Foster a "High Performance" culture through dynamic leadership and mentoring, ensuring your team is not just following policies but excelling in their roles.
  • Dive deep into analysis mode, troubleshooting and rectifying issues with a keen eye on enhancing operations and meeting financial objectives.
  • Play a pivotal role in staff development, from hiring to training, to ensure your team is stacked with top-tier talent.


You're Probably A Match If You Have:

  • Candidate must have Label experience within the Printing/Packaging Industry.
  • A strong leadership vein with the knack to motivate and steer your team towards excellence.
  • An impressive track record in production operation management, boasting 5-10 years of experience that showcases your ability to manage people, processes, and technologies.
  • A BS in Business Administration or a resume filled with relevant work experiences that speak volumes of your expertise.
  • An innovative spirit that thrives on continuous improvement and challenges the status quo.
  • Solid grounding in manufacturing processes, with a specific shout-out to those with experience in flexographic printing.
