Sr. Analyst

Join our dynamic team at a thriving food and beverage company We're seeking a proactive and quick-thinking individual to fill the Senior Analyst role within our Operations Team. As the Sr. Analyst, you'll play a crucial part in our forecasting efforts for finished goods and retail displays across all outlets.

Your responsibilities will involve close collaboration with various departments including Sales Planning, Marketing, and Supply Planning to effectively execute objectives and ensure timely deliverables. We're looking for someone who can work independently, tackle complex challenges, adhere to deadlines and budgets, all while fostering a spirit of teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and conduct the demand review process monthly, ensuring comprehensive evaluation and re-forecasting of all category items.
• Work closely with Sales Planning, Marketing, and Finance teams to gather forecasting inputs and integrate them into the forecast effectively.
• Analyze and monitor point-of-sale (POS) data, customer supply plans, and inventory levels for major accounts
• Utilize Kinaxis to develop statistical forecasts, refining forecast item settings and data inputs to enhance accuracy.
• Proactively monitor shipment versus forecast, identifying and addressing gaps in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Coordinate with Supply Planning or Materials to ensure forecast feasibility and escalate any downstream impacts as necessary.
