Responsibilities

  • Greets Patients and Prepares them for a Provider to Examine, which includes: Assessing and Accurately Documenting Vital Signs, Recording and Reporting Patient's Condition. Performs General Nursing Care to Patient. Performs In-House Tests and Reports and Documents Results. Maintains Patient Confidentiality. Performs Radiologic Procedures as Ordered by a Provider. Maintains Quality Assurance by Examining Films for Properties such as: Sensitivity, Contrast, Definition, Magnification, and any Artifacts. Selects Appropriate Radiation Exposure by Adjusting Equipment on an Individual Patient Basis. Ensures Equipment is in working order. Follows Prescribed Safety Standards in Operating Radiologic Equipment. Performs all types of Orthopedic Radiologic Procedures. Demonstrates a Commitment to Service, Clinic Values, and Professionalism through Appropriate Conduct and Demeanor at All Times.


Qualifications

  • Education: Associate (Required)
  • BLS Certification (Preferred)
  • ARRT Certification (Preferred)


Schedule

  • 12 hour Shifts
  • Weekend Rotations
