Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee all phases of construction on custom home projects, ensuring adherence to timeline, budget, and quality standards.
  • Team Coordination: Schedule, supervise, and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality and craftsmanship, conducting regular inspections to confirm work meets project specifications and design expectations.
  • Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe work environment and compliance with all OSHA regulations.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Problem Solving: Quickly resolve on-site issues, coordinating with architects, engineers, and designers to address challenges and make necessary adjustments.
  • Budget Management: Monitor expenditures, manage resources effectively, and prevent cost overruns.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of daily activities, progress, and any changes to the project plan.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years as a Superintendent in custom or luxury residential construction, with a proven record of managing high-end projects.
  • Education: High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.


  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality control.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficient in scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project) and project management tools.
  • Understanding of blueprint reading and specifications.
  • Certifications: OSHA 30-hour certification and other relevant safety certifications are a plus.
