Automation Controls Engineer Position in Allentown, PA

Role Summary: We are seeking a Junior Automation Controls Engineer to enhance operational efficiencies at our production site. This role is perfect for those who are eager to learn and develop their skills in controls and instrumentation. Whether you bring experience or a fresh perspective, we provide comprehensive training to equip you with the knowledge needed to thrive. You will engage in analyzing operations, pinpointing cost-saving measures, and leading projects to optimize performance. Working alongside seasoned operations teams and engineers, you will help implement these projects while adhering to stringent industry standards.

Requirements

  • Ideal Candidate:
    • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering
    • Has 2-5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in the food, pharmaceuticals, or chemical sectors
    • Shows a strong interest in controls and automation, with hands-on experience or a keen motivation to learn
