Job Duties:

· Ability to follow processes & guidelines

· Ability to understand/apply technical data to perform and document the results of quality inspections

· Ability to unpack/repack and inspect components

· Ability to set team priorities and clearly communicate within the team

· Ability to assess progress on daily objectives and communicate current status and assistance required to the customer in a timely, concise manner

· Candidates are expected to help raise the level of performance of the team, through a collaborative team setting, consistent communication, and willingness to help others achieve success


Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in STEM or a two-year degree with at least five years of relevant experience

· Quality Inspection experience in the defense industry or other highly regulated industry

· Technical skills and ability to understand technical documents and manuals

· Professional communication, both written and verbal

· Detail oriented and good time management in a fast-paced environment

· Due to the nature of the work performed, U.S. Citizenship is a requirement


Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

· Experience managing to short term / daily delivery goals and objectives

· Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively across multiple parties

· Ability to hold team members accountable to objectives, helping the team be successful

· Ability to deal with ambiguity, to be adaptable, to work across multi-discipline teams, and to drive results


We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $68,640 to $76,960 annually. Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.
