We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will provide administrative, technical support and assist in coordinating various projects, ensuring that projects are delivered on time with progressive reports.

 The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, organizing, reinforcing and providing oversight projects given to multiple departments. The Project Coordinator will serve as a liaison between teams, and our CEO to provide ongoing support and address any questions or concerns related to projects.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership abilities and a proven track record.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate project activities and resources, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes to document key decisions and action items.
  • Communicate project status updates to CEO, keeping them informed of progress, issues, and risks.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables, identifying deviations from the plan and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements, prioritize tasks, and resolve conflicts.
  • Serve as a key liaison between departments, facilitating communication, collaboration, and alignment on cross-functional initiatives.
  • Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and other events, fostering positive relationships and promoting the company's reputation
  • Handlings the calendar of our CEO.


Requirements:


  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex operational functions and driving process improvements.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and mitigate project risks.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
