The Role:

The Product Manager – Application Equipment & Rodent will lead and execute the profitable growth strategy for the products in the Application Equipment & Rodent application areas across multiple brands.

This exciting opportunity will allow the right leader to drive the next generation of our iconic B&G and Curtis Dyna-Fog branded products. This individual will be a key member of the North American Commercial Leadership team.

This hybrid role is based in our production facility in Jackson, GA to enable the individual to work alongside our engineering and operations teams to enable successful product launches. This individual will work closely with the global portfolio team to coordinate opportunities to import and export technologies to other regions. This role will require travel to customer sites, exhibitions, and our facilities.

Responsibilities for this role include:

1) Develop and achieve revenue plan for areas of responsibility

2) Develop and regularly update market share analysis and revenue forecast

3) Complete understanding of markets, competition, customers, channels and value propositions

4) Manages all products in assigned areas throughout all stages of their life cycles

5) Develops strategy for new products and leads cross-functional teams to ensure timely and on budget delivery of new products into the marketplace

6) Identify opportunities for expansion of existing products into new application areas and/or new channels

7) Ensure America’s needs are represented on the global portfolio projects

8) Understands current and anticipates future customer needs by working close with the sales and marketing teams and key customers

9) Understand various pricing levels and value propositions for our products vs competition and make recommendations on pricing strategies and promotional opportunities

10) Attend regional and national tradeshows and events as prescribed by the company

11) Work closely with operations to understand where extra capacity exists and develop plans with sales team to sell extra capacity and increase plant utilization

12) Assist in development and delivery of training at key customer, regional or other relevant events

13) Develop expert level knowledge of the Application Equipment & Rodent categories

14) Assistance with other projects as requested

This position requires a motivated individual who is passionate about our brands and the pest control market.

The candidate should be able to display experience in sales and marketing, relationship management, adherence to deadlines, working within a team and understanding goal setting and achievement.

Strong time management skills and a commitment to quality are essential.

Competence using CRM’s, Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential.

The candidate should be confident in dealing with internal colleagues of varying seniority and external partners including customers, suppliers, etc.

Bachelors degree in marketing or related field preferred.

Pest Control industry experience preferred.
