Overview


The Modern Woodmen – Searcy office is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Associate Financial Representative. This role offers an opportunity to partner with a respected local business and work alongside the Managing Partner and Senior Financial Representative. The ideal candidate will maintain existing relationships with Modern Woodmen members while simultaneously establishing the foundation for their own financial practice.

Communication skills – is able to develop connections and relationships through proactive conversations and prospecting.

Experience in the Finance and Insurance industry – for candidates interested in a career change, MWA supports obtaining industry licensing and additional training opportunities



Responsibilities


Work with current or new members to provide them information about the financial services their families could utilize.

Networking with individuals throughout the community.

Continuously prospecting in order to secure appointments.

Participating in mentor-lead appointments.

Asking customers for favorable introductions.

Engaging in personal observation through the community.

Participating in fraternal activities.

Engage in continuous educational opportunities.
