We are looking for a dynamic Technical Specialist or Patent Agent to join our client's firm.

What the work will look like:

  • Preparation and prosecution of patent applications
  • Development and patentability analysis for clients
  • Assisting on Matters Before Patent Offices
  • Patent prosecution strategies for business growth and success
  • Collaborating with inventors and attorneys
  • Writing Office Actions
  • Conducting patent searches


What you look like:

  • Advanced Degree: Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant technical field
  • Strong Academic Record
  • Technical expertise and research experience, preferably patent-related or industry experience
  • Patent bar eligibility
  • Multidisciplinary experiences
  • A no man/woman left behind attitude
  • Likes to Win
  • Thirst for knowledge
  • Loves technology
  • A balance of confidence and humility
  • Ready to help the firm grow.


All employees are expected to be in office. This position is not remote.
