As General Manager, you will oversee sales, operations, and administrative functions-including call center, dispatch, and back-office support-to drive business growth and operational excellence.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead overall business operations to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the customer base and increase market share.
  • Oversee daily activities across service, installation, and customer support teams to maintain efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Build, train, and motivate a strong team of managers, technicians, and support staff.
  • Ensure that dispatch and customer service teams operate smoothly, optimizing scheduling and response times.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Monitor business performance, analyze trends, and implement improvements where needed.

What You Bring:
  • 10 years' HVAC experience with knowledge of HVAC systems including design and troubleshooting.
  • Strong track record of increasing revenue and improving operational efficiency.
  • Experience managing service technicians, installers, dispatch teams, and customer support staff.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with modern business technology, including Apple devices and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. when necessary.
