## Responsibilities

- Provide direct support to individuals in a nursing home or home care setting

- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and dressing

- Prepare and serve meals according to the client's dietary preferences and needs

- Implement behavior management techniques as needed

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the client's living environment

## Experience

- 2 years of experience in caregiving required

- Ability to lift and transfer clients safely

- Experience in direct support or caregiving roles preferred

- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality

- Proficiency in assisting with ADLs and vital sign monitoring

- Skills in meal preparation tailored to individual dietary needs

- Strong communication and emotional support skills
