Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Associates Degree in Supply Chain, Product Management or business-related field required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Supply Chain Management fundamentals

General responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement category strategies for indirect spend segments, encompassing office supplies, IT services, facilities management, and more. Employ spend analysis, market insights, and business needs assessment to optimize procurement decisions.
  • Cultivate enduring partnerships with suppliers and key stakeholders. Monitor supplier performance, proactively address issues, and engage in collaborative efforts to drive ongoing enhancement initiatives.
  • Conduct comprehensive cost analyses, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and negotiating favorable terms with vendors. Ensure the economical procurement of indirect materials and services while maintaining quality standards.
  • Develop, review, and oversee contracts pertaining to indirect purchases. Ensure adherence to company policies and legal mandates. Monitor contract performance and facilitate resolution of disputes when necessary.
  • Analyze procurement data to uncover trends, pinpoint cost-saving opportunities, and evaluate vendor performance. Offer actionable insights to support informed decision-making and streamline operational processes.
