Our client in Raleigh North Carolina is looking for an experienced Board Certified Behavioral Analyst. The idea candidate would have 1-3 years of previous experience working with children with autism. This position is Monday through Friday 8am to 6pm. The compensation annually is $73,837 to $83,175. BCBA typically sees 6 to 10 clients – 27 billable hours. Candidates are eligible for an additional bonus if they go over their billable hours.
BCBA Requirements:
Education: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
License/Certification:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
BACB Approved Supervisor
Normal schedule for a BCBA includes 23 hours of client billable work with 17 hours of administrative and/or training/instruction work per week. There is flexibility here because hour requirements are calculated per 6-month period. The salaried BCBA maintains their hour requirement and communicates if they need additional work to meet the requirement.
