As a Desktop Support Lead, you'll oversee daily operations, mentor a team, and provide advanced technical support. This long-term contract offers room for growth and the chance to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities & Duties:Supervise and mentor Desktop Support TechniciansMonitor and prioritize support ticketsServe as primary escalation point for technical issuesEnsure compliance with SLAs and SOPsEvaluate team productivity and performanceCoordinate system upgrades and patchesFacilitate regular team meetingsMaintain and enhance service desk knowledge baseRequired Qualifications & Experience:Proven leadership in desktop support or service deskStrong communication skills, verbal and writtenAdvanced technical problem-solving skillsProficiency with Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of desktop hardware and troubleshootingExperience with Jira/Confluence or similar platformsMinimum 5 years of Desktop Support experienceU.S. citizenship requiredNice to Have Skills & Experience:Experience creating workflows and Visio diagramsAbility to maintain cross-department relationshipsPerks & Benefits:3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insuranceVoluntary and Long-term disability insurancePaid time off, 401k, and holiday payWeekly direct deposit or pay card depositIf you are interested in learning more about the Desktop Support Lead opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
