We are seeking a dedicated and passionate High-End Sales Representative to join our client’s esteemed dental practice, located in beautiful Holbrook, MA. Steady flow of warm leads, excellent earning potential (base + bonus 6-figure potential), 4 day work week, state of the art technology.
Our client understands the significance of a confident smile and the impact it can have on patients' lives. At their amazing practice with amazing doctors, you will provide financial consultations for warm leads interested in full arch dentistry. In this high-dollar dental sales role, you will play a pivotal part in guiding individuals on their journey toward achieving the smiles they've always dreamed of.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients seeking dental implant treatments, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout their entire treatment process.
- Conduct thorough consultations with patients to understand their dental needs, desires, and concerns.
- Educate patients about the benefits of dental treatments, addressing their questions and alleviating any concerns they may have.
- Assist patients with financial discussions and explore suitable payment options, making desired treatments accessible and affordable.
- Foster long-term relationships with patients, ensuring their satisfaction and providing ongoing support during their treatment journey.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with patients on a personal level and provide exceptional care.
- 2 years Sales experience with high-end products or services
- Positive attitude and team player
- Dental industry experience or familiarity is a plus.
- Empathy and compassion towards patients, understanding the emotional aspect of dental treatments.
