Impact

As an Attorney on the Economic Transformation team, you'll:

  • Drive precedent-setting litigation that holds major corporations accountable for environmental impacts
  • Shape how trillion-dollar markets factor climate risk into investment decisions
  • Work with global teams across four continents to create lasting environmental change
  • Help build our expanding U.S. presence while leveraging our established international success


Your Role

You'll join our innovative legal team using corporate and financial law to integrate climate considerations into business decisions. Key focus areas include:

  • Leading complex litigation from investigation through trial
  • Developing creative legal strategies to drive environmental accountability
  • Building relationships with NGOs, experts, and stakeholders
  • Crafting compelling arguments for diverse audiences including courts, regulators, and business leaders


What You Bring

  • 2-4 years of strong commercial litigation experience at a respected firm
  • Passion for environmental protection and climate action
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking
  • Excellence in legal research, writing, and advocacy
  • Ability to navigate complex technical and scientific material
  • Collaborative mindset and comfort with global, remote teams


Industry Experience

Relevant experience in any of these areas is valuable: banking, capital markets, asset management, corporate governance, natural resources, consumer protection, or environmental law.
