Position

Overview:

We are looking for a talented and experienced video editor/shooter

to join our talented marketing team. The ideal candidate must have proven

experience producing marketing-related video and managing all aspects of video

production including pre-production planning, lighting, directing, shooting and

editing. The Video Production Specialist is an integral part of our agency's

collaborative team. Together with the content development, graphics and account

management team members, you will develop scripts, and create storyboards for

television commercials, and short and long-format marketing videos. This

is an opportunity to experience every aspect of a successful agency and work

hand-in-hand with all of our in-house teams to fulfill our clients' video and

audio production needs.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Produce all aspects of audio and video projects for agency clients.
• Light, direct, shoot and edit all agency-produced video and/or photography projects.
• Collaborate with teammates to script, storyboard, quote and plan video and photography.
• Account for all time spent on projects for accurate cost analysis and profitability.
• Maintain detailed internal video/audio file management system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing reels/galleries to promote and sell the agency’s video/audio production services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in video production.
• Minimum 3 years professional experience in television, video or film production in an agency or freelance video production (shooting and/or editing) role. Additional professional photography experience is a plus.
• Drone certification (Remote Pilot Certification for Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (sUAS) preferred).
• Proven experience with DSLR shooting (photography and videography), audio recording equipment, and lighting.
• In-depth knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud software, specifically Adobe Premiere, Adobe Audition, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects.
• Experience in audio recording and mixing.
• Experience in development of television commercials and marketing-focused video.
• Experience in story development, script writing, and storyboarding for longer format video.
• Experience with on-set talent direction.
• Work well under pressure and in situations with tight deadlines where multi-tasking is a must.
• Work independently as well as part of a team to complete projects and meet deadlines.
