We are seeking a dynamic, communicative, and collaborative Change Management Specialist to support our Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives. This role will be integral in fostering engagement, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring sustained change. The ideal candidate will embody Company values by prioritizing people, purpose, and progress.


Key Qualifications:

- Change Management Expertise: ACMP or Prosci certification is preferred – NOT required (or a commitment to pursuing it). Deep familiarity with OCM frameworks, including planning, initiating, implementing, and monitoring change processes, with a strong emphasis on alignment, engagement, and sustainability.


- Strong Communication & Collaboration Skills: Skilled in creating compelling, clear messaging that resonates with diverse audiences. Proactively collaborates across teams, synthesizing insights and feedback to inform strategic communication and foster engagement.


- Strategic Thinker & Problem Solver: Ability to translate high-level objectives into actionable, process-oriented steps. Adept at foreseeing challenges, offering creative solutions, and effectively prioritizing tasks.


- Exceptional Project & People Management: Experienced in managing change processes and supporting team success. Committed to elevating others, training, and helping teammates understand and embrace OCM principles and benefits.

Responsibilities:

- Develop & Implement OCM Strategies: Use your understanding of OCM principles to create and document clear, actionable plans that drive successful outcomes.

- Champion Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Craft impactful stories that resonate with different levels of the organization, building trust and alignment.

- Monitor, Measure, and Report: Ensure consistent progress by setting and tracking KPIs, adoption metrics, and success benchmarks.

- Collaborate with Project Leaders: Work closely with project managers to seamlessly integrate OCM into projects, aligning on scope and success criteria.

- Educate & Empower Teams: Be a resource and advocate for OCM within the organization, demonstrating its benefits and providing training to support successful project outcomes.
